About Gretchen G. Soto, M.Ed., LPC
Gretchen is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) member, and prevention-science strategist with more than 20 years of experience supporting workforce and systems transformation across Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic. She has trained thousands of professionals across behavioral health, schools, crisis services, reentry, prevention, and domestic and sexual violence programs. Her approach integrates Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed practice, prevention science, systems thinking, and adult learning principles. She focuses on practical skills, clear frameworks, and implementation support that honors real-world constraints while staying grounded in evidence and values.
