Organizational inquiries

When you use the organizational inquiry form, you provide your name, organization, email address, and the information you choose to share about your work. STCS uses this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss potential services, and coordinate follow-up. Please share only what is needed for that conversation.

This form is for organizational consultation. Please do not include confidential personnel or employment information, identifiable client information, or personal health details. Share only the general context needed to understand your organization’s goals and support needs. The form is intended for initial inquiries and should not be used to share confidential records or urgent concerns.

Separate clinical pathways

STCS provides a separate Clinical Practice pathway for individual psychotherapy, with links to Headway and Psychology Today. Information you provide to an external service is handled under that service’s privacy practices. The clinical Notice of Privacy Practices is provided through Headway. Please review that notice for information about clinical privacy rights and the handling of treatment information. Please limit ordinary email inquiries to scheduling or general questions and avoid sensitive clinical details. This website notice addresses website visits and organizational inquiries; it does not replace the clinical Notice of Privacy Practices.

Website services and technical information

Webflow hosts this website and stores organizational form submissions. Notifications containing submitted information are sent to the STCS business email account, hosted through Turbify. These providers process information needed to provide their services. Webflow and its hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device details, pages requested, and access times to operate and protect the website. The Contact page also loads Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention, which may process technical browser and device signals. STCS has not enabled Webflow Analyze or installed Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or custom visitor tracking. This does not mean the hosting or security providers collect no technical data or never use cookies. External links, including clinical scheduling and professional directories, take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Safeguards and retention

The website uses HTTPS. Ordinary email and public forms should not be used to send sensitive clinical information; no method of online transmission or storage can guarantee complete security. STCS keeps organizational inquiry records while needed to respond, coordinate an engagement, and meet applicable business or legal obligations, then deletes records that are no longer needed from Webflow and the business mailbox. A request for deletion may be limited by recordkeeping obligations and the providers’ backup or retention practices.
